If you ate eligible to participate (ie. a holder at close on 17th Sept.) you should be posted out the offer and associated paperwork by the company in the next week or so. There's a timeline listed in Appendix-A of the announcement with anticipated dates, etc. Maximum of $30k per holder but presumably will be heavily scaled back due to high demand. You send through the money for your total order then they'll process a refund back to you if you don't end up getting the full amount you asked for.
