Unfortunately or fortunately it will never go back down to .30. You'd have to delete the announcement on the 2nd to achieve that. The only question is what was the value of the 2 Sept announcement, it wasn't .90 and probably not .80 or .70.... but it's certainly more than .30 and more than .40
