Here's a bit of research for you to do, assuming you want to learn:
> How much money flows in that tech index?
> How much does the bottom end of that index get as a weigh of the overall money that flows in the tech index?
Maybe once you educate yourself, then you'll realise how irrelevent the tech index fund is.
Or will you ignore it because it doesn't fit your blind bullish bias? I wonder.
