OZ needs to refin max $US300m. Depends where they can get $US260 or $AU390m. $AU33 million from nystar is a start. I think they will need another asset to sell besides Martabe.
If they can refin $US200-250m that would be more appropriate.
I cant see BHP only getting 20-25% stake, maybe someone like Cape Lambert may want a small stake.
