CCV is on the move, page-150

I went to one in Armadale the other day around midday, seemed busy as well.

I have been dissapointed with management for the last 3-4 years that I have held this stock. Management still seem to get bonus's and meet stock option targets while owners have done nothing but contribute money to this company for the last 4 years. The way around this is to link bonuses to total shareholder return.

If this was taken over anything short of 30-40c I think management would open themselves up to being personally liable for short changing owners. I certainly would investigate this option if it happened as I don't think anyone can argue that this stocl is worth much less.

At these prices and the cash on the books the ONLY clear course of action is to do a buy back. This will maximise shareholder return in the long run.
