Ann: Capital Raising, page-47

So for everyone to get an idea. The SPP for Splitit, was heavily oversubscribed, they were looking for 10 mil, they got applications for 89mil. I applied for 2500 worth of shares. Everyone with more than 500 shares gets 11.9 percent allocated. So I got about 270 dollars worth of shares. Now I am waiting for a check in the post with the return of 2230 dollars. Kind of sucks but I got them at 1.30 and today the current price is 1.63, just not as many as I wanted. Will be reinvested in the PSL SPP plus a few thousand more. Hopefully we get a bigger allocation here. Have a good weekend.
