Hi Rubinconis, I can't comment on these awards. I am in ICT career for a long time but never heard of these awards. I heard they got a Global Security Challenge award as well. If the idea is technically innovative, we should see some exposure in legit international consortiums such as IEEE or IETF etc. I guess it's not hard to pay some writers to put out something on those no/little name media, or get some no name "awards".
As we are unable to find out what exactly are their claims of patented technology/products/services, I feel no point to continue to guess and discuss. One easy thing you can do is googling VSN, VIN to see what are returned. If there are quotes from serious websites (particularly not stock forums, or the company and its partners), then you might give some credit to their claims.
