Well, Appian is a significant holder. That means that if they buy or sell a significant amount of stock, a notice has to be filed shortly afterwards and announced to the market - I think it's within two business days, but don't quote me on that.
I'm hoping for the renewal option. Not much we can do except sit tight and hope (or bail.)
