The refinancing and selling of assets, IMO, is about 2 things.

a) pay out the bankers that want to leave.
b) those bankers that are happy to stay, show cash flow projections that indicate that interest, and over time principle, can be repaid.

If Martabe can do (a), then the other bankers may accept the cash flow projections from the other assets and not require anything more to be done.

I suppose we need to wait, and see what plays out.
