They ownly have money in the kitty because they did not payout YA Global. The is a convertible facility too. the YA global debt is $17 million.
we have cash 9.5 mill in the bank. They are waiting for 100% of Vallenar.
Obviously they used more money than we expoected to payout belsaco invoice in arrears and other costs ??? must have been some $10 mill extra.
we should have only been left with 3mill in the bank.
