if i didnt know nick better i would hate his guts...

however i do know him and its much more just a scenario of him living in a mushroom for too long.

he had been in zyl since 1996. he grew to learn and believe that shareholders would keep forking out hard earned $$$ year in, year out to pay him his $300k a year regardless of whether the company ever made a profit.

shareholders came last with previous management. in fact, im sure they even laughed at our stupidity over the years.

mal will ensure that culture changes. i think we are very close to seeing a chainsaw fired up at zyl and all the fat cut away...
