I am not concerned about our future. I am glad that "greed" is being removed as the guiding light of our social system even if it has taken this meltdown to show it is not such a worthy motivator after all.

Perhaps now some better human qualities will be put foward for people to aspire to and society will benefit.

Or maybe nothing much will change and I am being idealistic. I wish Kevin and Obama well and hope they have the ability to make meaningful reforms to the system as a daunting task lies before them.
