One would expect that with building coming to a slow down we will see unemployment levels begin to rise, this will then lead to a slow down in retail spending and inturn layoffs in retail, wouldn't like a big fat mortgage with no job!!! One has to think there will be a mighty property crash in a couple of years?
Like to hear more from tejay on the economic clock theory. Where's the money going to flow?
