Thanks for sharing the post again.

So do you think in a nut shell the crux of the ISX argument is with Procedural Fairness, and with the ASX it's with absolute discretion. The ASX I would imagine will say that when you joined, you signed contracts that gave us complete power, and you must abide by everything we say. In turn the ISX will say that

    - by enforcing certain rules for some and not the others, is a complete violation of your obligation to govern without bias, make decisions that are rational, supported by fact and given a chance to be heard before a decision is made.

With the CU report vindicating ISX, the suspension was clearly a knee jerk reaction based on hearsay, rumour and speculation.

I think the phone call could be somewhat important for the ASX, but it retrospect it was a shocking decision made in haste irrespective of what was said.

It also is play 101 out of a short sellers manual on how to manipulate a share price, this doesn't seem to of been considered given the hastily suspension in reflection. I have also been thinking that due to the apparent lack of enquires into who sanctioned the OM report...it leads me to think the reason there is no investigation is because they already know. Why investigate something that you know.

    All in my opinion
