    Your guesstimate of 1 AGC for every 2 MAG shares implies that there will be 285 million existing shares in AGC before issuing any additional shares in the public issue.

    calculations:
    (288m shares = 40% owned by NSR and 60% owned by MAG (173m shares). MAG will distribute 50% to shareholders (86m shares). Currently there are 173m MAG shares on issue, 1 AGC :2 MAG = 86 m shares.)
