regarding amount available and amount used in 3.1 loan facilities... i had thought the 15 mill available was the 15 mill used equaling 0 dollars left , but when read in another context, it was 30 million with half used and the other half still available as of december?
or it could be a typo and mean unused?
this does need to be clarified though.
