The % ownership of Advent is public. Breeze puts it at the bottom of nearly every report. Check the original cap raise document it says BPH moving to 36%. Nothing secret.
It’s plain as day to see Breeze will move BPH to 50%+
MMR owes Advent money.
Advent owes BPH money.
Watch MMR’s debts get forgiven and court case dropped. They’ll go down to 30% Advent. BPH converts its debt and goes to 50%+.
Breeze then has BPH, MMR and GBA to raise cash with.
