Are you unhappy cause you cant see it increasing this week. Any cap raise at a premium is good.
Companies need cash and if someone came knocking at the door and said look here is $$$$ for your company and we can see the potential and willing to pay 0.070 or higher for it why would anyone say no. If you turn it down that company will take it's money elsewhere.
This is just my opinion but considering the company has no need for cash either this is a really good deal or they are expanding new areas.
