I hope, perhaps I am misguided. Is there a possibility that this is about getting a large institution onboard, the only easy way to do this is to CR because the registry is so tight and the free float isn't really available for a big new player to enter easily.
I also think that perhaps a registry that is too small may inhibit uptake by institutions that have the ability to drive the share price. Just a few thoughts, I hope some of you may have other insights. RED
