FWIW, I averaged in at 3.6c ~2 years ago and have averaged out 60% at 23.5c and am letting the remaining 40% run.
However each spike up I get twitchy and hence that remaining % has dripped lower to the 40%.
Staying in to get multi-baggers is not easy.
In hindsight, holding would have been much better, so far, but in spite of the sales it remains my biggest and most profitable holding.
