i think we are all feeling the pinch. I am pretty good at amusing myself and pretty resilient and able to pick myself up, but it requires a lot of attention. however I simply have a series of steps and techniques that help me. One is very simple -smile and keep it up. move - put on energetic music and get the body going, think happy thoughts, consider possibilities and options. I use dreaming - it may be flights of fancy. but it keeps me on track as i can see so many ways forward in life.
I agree that the numbers are promising and i somehow expect a drop again tomorrow - though maybe i will be wrong. if they are negligible by the end of this week i hope that some borders will open. i have a party and a christening I'd like to go to in NSW and that would be good to go to. I wouldn't mind a trip to adelaide to visit friends and maybe do a wine hike. will thee things be possible? who knows?
