If they need to spend $9M+ to dig a decline everytime they need to access a new area, shareholders aren't going to see much profits. Yes, what happened to past declines and 14 g/t stopes?
Hopefully gold will be US$2,000 by september, looking at the bond situation it's possible, but before then CTO holders won't be happy chappies.
