- Alta Zinc (AZI) has received results from a recent sampling program at the Gorno Project in Italy
- Results from this work peaked at 13.6 per cent zinc and 5.8 per cent lead
- As previous drilling focused on testing to the west of the Pian Bracca Zone, further drilling has been planned to test for extensions in the northeast and southeast
- Alta Zinc is also continuing with field exploration to search for new potential areas of mineralisation and gain a better understanding of the geology
- Further, induced-polarity geophysics will be trialled in Q4 over the Pian Bracca north area
- Alta Zinc is up 7.69 per cent and shares are currently trading for 0.6 cents
