One thing that I always look at when evaluating growth companies is looking at how long term their MD/CEOs are.
The longer term CEOs take home little pay relative to their company's revenue progress.
BRN is top when it comes to high CEO compensation relative to revenues, EVS is very reasonable at 13x .
VUL is even better, its MD and founder does not take any salaries but only moderate share options but can't be disclosed here because there is no available full year equivalent data to make it comparable.
