Extract boss likely to discover fate today

Chairman Robert Buchan is likely to find out his future with the company at a general meeting of shareholders this morning.
Shares in the company have entered a trading halt pending the outcome of the meeting.
Extract is at loggerheads with its 39 per cent shareholder Kalahari Minerals, which is trying to have Mr Buchan sacked, after a planned merger between the two companies failed.
Kalahari walked away from the tie-up with Extract in November after Rio Tinto picked up 15.2 per cent of Extract and 14.9 per cent of Kalahari.
Last week, the WA-based junior unveiled a 108 million pound maiden resource for its Rossing South prospect in Namibia.
