Maybe the Australian Govt is already tagging VRX as part of their growth plans, especially in relation to electricity generation using VRX silica solar panels, even if China makes the high strength panels here as the main source of high quality silica for their market as well. China may buy iron ore from Africa to penalize Aust for Covid 19 criticism; but they probably cannot source high quality silica in enough volume to meet their home and export demand. We should require them to build the glass factory here so that we can steal their technology for a change.
