For the low dose mechanism of action, the dose is very, very low 7.5mg/m2/day (as used in the City of Hope Study).
For the high dose mechanism of action, the dose is 250mg/m2/day (as used in the Israel trial).
Historic trials weren't targeted. Bisantrene was just used as a general cytotoxic agent in the same way as regular chemo drugs.
