I think you probably missed the joint presentation that BRN and TCS did in December last year of AKIDA doing gesture recognition and that in the slides Arijit Mukherjee wrote that he was looking forward to using AKIDA to build a robotic platform.
You probably also missed the CEO of BrainChips B response to a shareholder question about TCS which to the effect “we are seeing how it develops”.
Apart from these links there are papers by Arpan Pal the head of the section where Arijit works at TCS where he refers to the advantages of Spiking Neural Networks in monitoring the health of man and machine.
So probably Hamilton is not just speculating but adding 2 plus 2.
