The thing about doing business in China is the murky issues of intellectual property transfers and also lack of protection in IPs in general. I don't think PVDM wants the ips he's built up over time being ripped off.
also in light of today's announcement of increased focus on software and user experience of spike net just increases my own view that one day brainchip can move to Altium's business model of subscription service for their Akida chip for future revenue source.
