you expect to take on more risks with spec stocks but you also have the right to expect transparency and protection by the regulators and the corporations law...to just shrug your shoulders and say ah well it's just a spec....that's what empowers spivs and dodgy directors on the ASX.

They count on ambivalence and lethargy and the cycle continues. ASIC should be ashamed.

These things will always go on of course, but every action by Raks and the like at least makes one or two of them stop and think.
