This is for the benefit of readers who have suffered losses (some very big losses) on MRV, feeling bewildered by the unexpected and distressing turn of events and wondering where it can all possibly go from here.
I, and presumably others, will have heard from Jason tonight. He outlines a number of different legal scenarios under which a class action might be run. None of it is for the legally faint hearted. There is clearly much more to come.
He doesn't say so explicitly but I see no suggestion at all that he has withdrawn his case against the MRV directors as indicated by Ralph40. The contrary seems clearly implied.
He closes with the following questions:
Are you aware of any political avenues we can useAre you aware of an media avenues we can use Do you have any other ideas Would you consider some contribution to next steps
Overall I found this a heartening message.
