drilling was delayed due to weather... unavoidable, if you can't lay pads, you can't drill.
the confirmation of this potential acquisition hasn't been delayed yet. We also know no details of the potential complexity of finalising it.
if there was another suspension for more time today there could be some concern, but there is not so far.
if you like back on Initial announcements by the company (February/March) they wanted to make acquisitions, so the fact they potentially have something in the firing line this early is actually quite impressive & I hope they pull it off.
