That sounds like a lot of fear and alarmism. In reality stage 3 with masks was given only a few days before stage 4 was engaged. We will never know what would have happened under a stage 3 + masks for a further 8 weeks, as opposed to the 8 weeks of stage 4. Would we be at 50, or 75 cases now instead and saved incrementally billions in economic activity? A good leader balances priorities and communicates the need for that. Not focusing on fear and one number to the detriment of everything else.
