I know that the BSM payment won't cover the Macquarie loan and the deposit.

The deposit has to be paid if the deal is to go ahead. So it is the priority.

I do not know what deal Philip has made with Macquarie but for sure there will be a deal.

How about Macquarie waiting for the capital to be found first and then the remainder paid off. Always bearing in mind that interest continues to be paid at an agreed rate till final payment is made?

How about Macquarie picking up the $2.50 per tonne processed through the mill?

Just two possibilities in my opinion.
