I to have spoken to father and son over time and I consider myself a pretty good judge of character.
They are both exemplary.
What does worry me about the mine... which I think they bought as an exciting interest.... like a hobby... has got out of hand with ongoing costs.
these ongoing costs... just mark time... and maintain the mine... dont improve it to go to the next level.... getting ore to the surface at a reasonable cost.
Changes in law with stronger OH&S policies at mines like MCO... plus exhorbatant insurance costs make it very difficult.
Thats why I say... they are very loyal to staff... and staff will come first before the success of the mine.
