Unfortunately I dont think NT govt has the means to loan funds to operations like CMR.
Re timing of admin and EGM, I think you have a point. Not so much about the validity of that action but more about any potential conflicts of interest that may have arisen in that action and whether all concerned acted in good faith.
The appropriateness of corporate governance at CMR is a major issue for review by lawyers and ASIC. I am not suggesting any wrong doing but outcomes like this need to be looked at under a microscope to protect those involved and inform public policy formulation in this area.
