Agree with your analysis. My only point would be that the alusion sales seem to be big and lumpy, so a sale now might be at the expense of a sale later etc.
To put my old reporting hat on. The big question is, is it:
A New New Sale (i.e a New Sale to a New Customer)
A New Sale (a New Sale to an existing customer)
