It sort of seems like Clevercards is pretty much an EML v2.0, or am I missing something here? Seems like Clevercards do exactly the same thing (thanks mainly to EML haha), plus one or two other bits and pieces.
I mean this is great for EML (more revenue etc), but is the risk here that EML may have to acquire Clevercards in the future (at a much higher valuation than now) in order to protect their 'stake' in Clevercards (against competitors) when their contract comes up for renewal?
