Thank you for your response. Given market conditions, CER's recent history and in particular its debt maturity profile I fail to see how this information should not only have been released to the market but also released as price sensitive, particularly given the fact that CER previously released information to the market as price sensitive on 19th of September 2008 regarding asset sales and the use of the said proceeds.
I have directed a complaint to The Australian Securities Exchange.
