If Elon focuses in on lithium suppliers other than Galaxy, I don’t see that as a threat.

There are also other electric car manufactures as well as over one hundred Giga factories coming online.

With the growing demand on lithium, who’s worried as there appears to be a limited supply of lithium despite the attitude, lithium is everywhere!?

Also, at the moment at least, lithium can not be re-cycled as the other battery materials can be.

Apart from that, I would see Elon as a bit of a whipping boy as far as being a supplier is concerned.

I’d would be happy enough if Galaxy strikes a deal with several Giga factories and/or alternate car manufactures.

This may also deter a monopoly related to Galaxy, not to keep all of it’s lithium eggs in one basket by supplying just one client.
