It will be stacked on both sides by one or two parties, may or may not be working together (yes I know Conspiracy theories).

They are more than likely trying to get frustrated day traders or persons on the edge of selling to sell down to where they want to accumulate.

People get frustrated as we are watching it go nowhere, ultimately some of us will just give up selling down to the pack and move elsewhere. This is just what the accumulators want.

There is no one big holder trying to get out. They may sell a few of their holding but ultimately they will buy more than they sell, thus increasing their holding and accumulating.
