Eating habits have definitely changed, lifestyle gym/sports Rec/socialising/devices which leads to less time for food prep. Gone are the days where going to the Golden Arches was a treat. (Mum ain't in the kitchen 24/7) Do miss those days. I try and get the wife to spend more time in the kitchen, but am waaaay too scared to bring that conversation up because something might come flying in my direction... LOLs.
But you just need to look around at all the healthy choices, and the new restaurants that are offering "superfoods" type meals. They're just going to grow, no question.
Speaking from experience, I have been caught out feeling lethargic, and am conscious of what I eat so if I've noticed I've lacked a type of food in my diet, I do stop in on the run and down whatever my body needs. I do believe in fish oil supplements and do take them religiously. The we are going is that we don't get caught out and we do take superfoods in capsule form. It will be interesting to see existing and other products they come up with backed by R&D.

The article also connects all the dots which leads to my bottom drawer LOLs, it already did anyway.

That management team though, not one of them is exactly the same. They all come from different backgrounds at the top of their game. So much quality diversity skillset, that's what you need in a management team!
