Has John Main been appointed as an official representative of Rio Tinto or is he allegedly independant?
If he's considered to be independant, can Rio now insist on adding another director as their official representative?
Kalahari have two representatives on EXT's board, how many shares would Rio have to buy before they could also appoint two directors?
With two Rio appointed directors in addition to John Main, would current share-holders receive a fair deal if they move toward a Rio joint venture or take-over?
