Rudd just grabs ideas of what his peers are doing. Only days after getting off the phone with Obama he is using terms like 'neo-liberalism', 'socialist capitalism' and 'new world order'. The behaviour of govts is simply continuuing on from the investment banks, treating money like it grows on trees.
