PIL is still alive a kickinfBizmogo Delivery Facebook page still updates regularly. So I presume, that the are still trying to turn it around.
UCPB (PIL white label?) seems to be getting alot more downloads and users, angry 1-2 stars. So it's gotta be real. It kind of happens alot on andriod (1000s of different phones, with 1000s of different versions).
I presume, UCPB will be paying PIL a few $$$, for software updates, tech support, etc.
100k downloads, surely a few $$$ can be made.
PIL should raise capital at half at .005, page-65
