I am still of the opinion the LNY Share Price will rise when they haul dirt in October and it produces some bars of gold with the processing plant and positive cash flow ...... So not a time to put on the parachute and jump for me.
The g/t grade in the NZ Jubilee Drill was 521 g/t. The drilling contractor they have engaged looks like a quality outfit. They have demarked the drilling hole locations .... so its a project ready to execute. They get $7 million in future revenue from the Ashford Coking Coal and 20% stake in ANW's who have a great resource to develop in 2021. ANW is really undervalued IMO considering their assets.
But there is a great deal of uncertainty about Agate Creek's real deposit since, reserves, processing arrangements and future strategy.
I think there is plenty of gold around the Sherwood sites and a bonanza if they look for it. The last few pecks of the drill around the margin of the open cut found some great grades. So they need to extend this out.
But uncertainty brings fluctuation in share price. And the wet season is a washout for operations in QLD from Dec to Mar.
