Plenty of "punters" did the same on FMG NST SIR etc along the way and some are sitting on wealthy profits. Some flipped early, some flipped late - that is the nature of the beast in the speculative end of the market, you either understand it or you don't.
If you don't want the risk, don't get involved, it's a very simple equation. Just stick to studying "form guides" of horses and spending money there instead and the rest of us will stick to doing in the market.
