The guru is planning to retire and as a scientist and expert he may have different opinions with the boss, so...
It's ridiculous to let a business manipulate the whole battery world's development. Elon Musk is extraordinary, but there are more and more excellent scientists doing R&D in the world.
NVX is a battery material company, not a graphite company. It should manage to adapt to any new trend or changes of the industry.
