Redmond its kind of simplistic to blame housing debt as the the cause of a recession. Its a lot more factors that have caused this recession. I just love the way you can blame 1 particular thing that has caused the events we are now seeing still unwind through out the world. There is no doubt the recession has been caused by easy credit, Through Greed, leveraged products, CDO's, leveraged buy outs and bad lending practices. But to blame it on just on housing debt makes me wonder how little do you REDMO( as your gang calls you) understand. I really think you have been focused on housing and have talked you into a sea of negativity. I hope this does prevent you from actually making money which can happen when one is enveloped in the fog of negativity you have around you.

But then redmoond though out time man has needed a bogey man to blame things on from bad luck to the evil, pagan gods that can effect crops and weather. Your bogey man seems to be the property investor/owner I even enjoyed the way a few celebrated when they saw property as whole in Australia dropped .8% it was quite eye opening to see the high fives passed around by people who don't even own any P/I. I just wonder if you guys have pretend share portfolio's and cheer them up or down it must be nice pretending.
