Yep, everything was apparently checked and ticked off at the end of July.
They then realised they didnt have the assay certifications from Chile which were then received and fully verified as a minimum of 3 weeks ago... so unless the assay certifications came back different from what they were originally using in the MRE calcs I don't understand the delay as surely its just a matter of matching them up?
If they did come back different then you need to assume they didnt view the certifications during the DD when acquiring the property which is a concern in itself.
Really not a very professional what ever way you look at it.
